An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Thursday, repeating until November 7, 2019
A 6 week drop-in series of FREE dance based fitness classes for caregiver (moms, dads, grandparents, nannies, etc.) and baby (6 weeks to 12 months). The classes incorporate storytelling and songs for the baby while providing a fun fitness class for the caregiver. From 10am-11am is the structured activity and from 11am-12pm is a chance to socialize. There will be snacks!
While this is a free event, we will be accepting donations to help cover costs.
